Bin is the CEO of Eastern Harbor Investment Management LLC, an investment management firm with over ¥2 billion in AUM that has achieved a ROI of 1,800% since inception. Bin is also the Editor-in-Chief of Guotai Junan Securities and Chief Investment Manager of Dapeng Securities Asset Management Company. Bin graduated from Henan University.

Garry Tan

Garry is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Initialized Capital, an early stage seed fund with over $160 million in AUM. Prior to Initialized Capital, Garry was a Partner at Y Combinator, where he invested in and worked directly with over 700 companies. Garry successfully cofounded Posterous, a blogging platform acquired by Twitter, as well as the engineering team for Palantir Technologies’ quant finance analysis platform. He started his career as a Program Manager at Microsoft. Garry earned a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University.

Ping Zhuang, PHD

Dr. Zhuang is a Managing Director at Eason International, an international consulting and engineering firm, and one of the Founding Members of a US-based international fund focused on solving environmental issues in China. Dr. Zhuang is also an Advisor at I Squared Capital and a Senior Consultant for several Asia-based development projects financed by the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Dr. Zhuang earned a PhD in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and an EMBA from Queens College.

Barbara Yu
Founder, CEO
Barbara is Founder and CEO of UniCareer. Prior to founding UniCareer, Barbara worked at Morgan Stanley. Barbara started her career working at numerous leading financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies in both the US and China, including Citigroup, GE, and Google. At 2017, She was recognized by the Forbes Asia list of 30 under 30 in Consumer Technology in 2017. Barbara is also a World Dota Champion (a WarCraft based video game) and is talented at basketball and singing. She is also the Asia Business Conference honorable guest and speaker. Barbara graduated from Fudan University and earned a MS in Financial Engineering. She was also being selected to Princeton University for “Time Theory Study”.
Denise Wang
Co-Founder
Denise is Co-Founder of UniCareer and a former Vice President and Relationship Manager at BlackRock. Denise has 10+ years of experiences in financial services. She covered global senior relationships across a variety of financial products, and launched BlackRock Educational Academy in 2013 and hosted 1000+ institutional investors in New York, San Francisco, London and Hong Kong. Denise earned a BA in Economics from Yale University with full scholarship. She serves on the Committee of Asian Association of Alternative Investment Professionals, Global Investment Committee at NYSSA, and is an inspirational speaker and writer.
Anyi Wang
CTO
Anyi is the Head of Technology at UniCareer, where he leads a development team in the development and maintenance of UniCareer’s internal and external technologies. Anyi has over 6 years of experience in software development, testing, and project management. Prior to UniCareer, Anyi was a research assistant at NYU Networked System Lab. Anyi earned a MS in Computer Science from New York University.
